Refund policy

At She & Co Collective, we want you to love your jewellery as much as we do. Each piece is carefully checked before shipping, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original packaging

  • Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note:

  • Earrings and custom/personalized items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.

To start a return, please contact us at sheandcocollective@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet our conditions.


Faulty or Damaged Items

We carefully inspect each piece before it leaves us, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at sheandcocollective@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Faults include (but are not limited to):

  • Broken or detached clasps or links upon arrival

  • Missing or loose charms, pendants, or stones when received

  • Incorrect or incomplete item sent

Please note:

  • Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches or fading from regular use, is not considered a fault.

  • We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or exposure to water, perfume, or chemicals.

If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund to your original payment method.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.


Change of Mind Returns

Due to hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once your order has been shipped.

If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original packaging

  • Free from damage, marks, or signs of wear

Items returned that show signs of wear or damage (including scratches, missing charms, broken clasps, or tarnishing) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange, and will be returned to you at your own cost.

We recommend inspecting your item carefully upon arrival and contacting us immediately if there are any concerns.
