At She & Co Collective, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Every order is packaged with care, ensuring your jewellery arrives beautifully and safely.
Order Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders on the same day if placed before local post office cut-off times. Orders placed later in the day will be processed the following working day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delays
While we aim to deliver your order promptly, please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, courier disruptions, or seasonal demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are sent using Evri Tracked / Royal Mail Tracked or an equivalent tracked service, ensuring peace of mind from dispatch to delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your parcel is on its way.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order appears delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking link first. Sometimes parcels may experience brief delays in transit or due to customs clearance.
If your parcel is lost or hasn’t arrived within 20 working days (UK) or 30 working days (international), please contact us at sheandcocollective@outlook.com with your order number and tracking information.
We will work with Evri or the courier to locate your order. In the rare event that a parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.
